Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Wosvogue. To ensure a fair process for both our customers and our team, please strictly follow these guidelines for returns and refunds.
1. Conditions for Return
Returns are only accepted if:
The product received is physically damaged upon arrival.
You received the wrong item (different from your order).
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Strict Policy)
A continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for any claim.
The video must start before the package is opened and show the shipping label clearly.
Important: Any re-created unboxing video (video taken after the package has already been opened or tampered with) will not be accepted.
The video must be one single shot without any cuts, edits, or pauses.
3. Reporting Timeframe
You must report the issue along with the unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered.
4. Review and Refund Process
Once we receive your request and the video proof, our team will review it within 24 to 48 hours.
If the claim is found to be genuine, a refund or replacement will be initiated.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
5. Non-Returnable Scenarios
Requests without a valid, original unboxing video.
Re-created, edited, or tampered videos.
Returns based on personal preference (e.g., "I don't like the color" or "I changed my mind").
Products returned in used condition or without original tags/packaging.
